But before the project could take shape, tragedy struck. One of the original partners passed away unexpectedly, and the dream was set aside. For years the land remained quiet, its potential still intact, waiting for the right moment to reawaken.

Today, the current owners—guardians of this vision for more than two decades—wish to pass the torch. They believe the time has come for new energy, fresh ideas, and visionary leadership to bring The Golf Resort to life.
